What motivates you about your job?

My daily motivation stems from the simple fact that my job makes sense. I am committed to improving the quality of life for cancer patients by providing them with access to medical cancer care. Additionally, I strive to stay closely connected with healthcare professionals, ensuring they are informed about the latest developments and insights.

Why did you choose Daiichi Sankyo as an employer?

I joined Daiichi Sankyo because it is an international company that still maintains the atmosphere of a small business. It is a patient-centric company experiencing rapid growth, a substantial and innovative pipeline, providing innovative medical care that is significantly changing patient care.

How has your personal journey at Daiichi Sankyo been?

I joined Daiichi Sankyo two and a half years ago as Oncology Territory Manager and was quickly promoted to a new position as Oncology Medical Science Liaison. Throughout my journey, Daiichi Sankyo has been incredibly supportive, offering me opportunities to tackle new challenges. The company also equipped me with the necessary tools and provided unwavering support to ensure my success.

What is the most rewarding part of working at Daiichi Sankyo?

The most rewarding aspect of working at Daiichi Sankyo is the daily experience of innovation. As a Medical Science Liaison involved in setting up clinical studies, I am at the forefront of interacting with doctors and staying up-to-date with the latest news and advancements. It is incredibly fulfilling when doctors share their experiences with our medicines, provide feedback, and acknowledge that Daiichi Sankyo is changing the life of patients for the better. Such moments go beyond mere rewards and are truly gratifying.
